There is a special treat in store for the participants of the “Just for Grandparents Club” this month! Nieves Stiker, former Director of Community Education at Carlow University will be joining us for the February meeting.
Nieves has worked with women in transition for more than 15 years at Community Education. One of her key roles was to help them to think clearly and creatively about both their personal and professional lives. She has affected the lives of many by empowering them to believe in themselves. Nieves continues to work with women and men today through the New Choices/New Options program at Pennsylvania Women Work.
“Just for Grandparents Club” always takes place on the last Tuesday of the month from 1:30 to 3:00. For February the date is the 28th.
