RSVP joins the Beaver Valley Mall and Dr. Todd Allen from Geneva College
as we celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Activities will take place at 2 locations within Beaver Valley Mall, the Senior Center called “The Center at the Mall” and the Mall Stage.
At the Center at the Mall from 9 to 5
- Art, poetry and prose from children in the area
- Dr. King memorabilia from Dr. Todd Allen from Geneva College
- Play checkers with old and new friends
At the Beaver Valley Mall Stage from 11 to 2
- Singing
- Mime
- Liturgical dance
Donate Items
- Bring your new and used books to the Center at the Mall on January 16th—RSVP will distribute to local libraries
- Men’s and Women’s and Children’s gently worn clothing can be donated at Professional Outfitters at 1035 Third Avenue, the entire month of January during regular store hours. Extra large men’s and women’s clothing and infant and toddler sizes are in particularly high demand.
